It is not possible to delete those folders but follow the below prodecure to delete them.
1.Open command prompt.
2.type D: ( if pou have created the folder in D: drive ) then press enter .
3.type rd con\(rd- remove directory ).
4.Now try to open that directory and you cannot open as it is deleted.
By this you can sucessfully delete the folder .
